Daniel 9:27

In Daniel 9:27 , Daniel gives a great overview of how the Tribulation will start.

"Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week. But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering
 And on the wing of abominations shall be the one who makes desolate
 Even until the consummation which is determined
Is poured out on the desolate."


In  the beginning when Daniel talks about a man making a covenant for a week, He is speaking of Anti- Christ. He will sign a treaty with Israel for one "week", which in the old Hebrew language, really means seven years.

Then Daniel talks about what will happen halfway in the week, or halfway into the Tribulation. After anti- Christ dies and rises from the dead, he will not let any sacrifice s be made that are not to him. After making this decree, he will compete what many call the abomination of desecration. In this, Anti_- Christ will sacrifice an unclean animal in the Jewish temple.

Then in the end of the verse, Daniel talks about the consummation of Anti- Christ. At the end of the seven years, anti- Christ will be destroyed, which I will explain in depth on a later date.

So, in one verse we are able to learn so much about the end times.
